Why choose Nortec 600?

01

Reliable and durable

Based on a field-proven chassis, the NORTEC 600 eddy current flaw detector is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions. Its robustness and resistance to extreme weather conditions make it reliable for any eddy current inspection.

02

Portable and lightweight

The NORTEC 600 weighs just 1.6 kg and is equipped with a factory-installed wrist strap that allows operators to easily access the main control buttons with their thumb, offering optimal versatility in use.

03

Two probe connectors

All models of the NORTEC 600 are equipped with a 16-pin LEMO® universal connector and a BNC connector for absolute probes. The connector selection takes place directly from the instrument interface. During readings with the BNC connector, the instrument performs automatic internal balancing to ensure trouble-free operation. The 16-pin LEMO connector also supports NORTEC POWERLINK™ technology, which enables automatic probe recognition and instrument presetting for quick configurations.

04

Compatible with current procedures and other manufacturers

To simplify inspections, the NORTEC 600 includes all modes and layouts already used in NORTEC procedures and those of many other equipment manufacturers. The NORTEC 600 package includes impedance diagram screens, scan mode (Strip chart), split screens, adjustable zero point, graticule, improved filter response, reference signal display and other advanced features.
