The HPX-1 Plus is a high-resolution digital imaging system ideal for laboratories. With PMT and adjustable laser power, it ensures optimal images at all times. It supports extra-long screens, useful in aerospace, and accepts custom screens and hard cassettes. The HPX-1 Plus is designed to process extra-long imaging screens, up to 216 cm (85 inches), offering a wide dynamic range and high sensitivity. This feature makes it ideal for any imaging application, regardless of the source used, whether Gamma rays or X-rays. Thanks to its high sensitivity, HPX-1 Plus allows you to reduce exposure time, improving operational efficiency and image quality.

Designed for NDT

The system is equipped with multiple fans and filters that maintain a positive internal air pressure, preventing the entry of dust, dirt and unfiltered particles. Integrated seals and brushes protect the system from light and impurities, while rubber feet absorb vibrations during operation. Tested to withstand 100 g impacts and vibrations of varying amplitude and frequency, the HPX-1 Plus ensures superior reliability even in the most demanding industrial environments.

The system offers spatial resolution with operation options at 25 μ, 35 μ, 50 μ, and 100 μ, with a pixel pitch of 50 microns or better (12 lp/mm). The laser spot size of 20 μ guarantees high definition acquisition, while the adjustable PMT and laser power allow precise fine-tuning of each image, ensuring always optimal results.

Versatility of imaging screens

The HPX-1 Plus can process single, multiple or custom-cut screens, without the need for special feed guides. The carrying system minimizes contact with the screen, helping to extend its life over time. Rigid cassettes and long screens offer further versatility, adapting to different application needs.

Workflow improvements

The system allows for quick job setup and supports operation in Windows or DICONDE mode, adapting to different flows of work. Optimizing exposure times allows you to reduce radiation and prolong the life of the source. The HPX-1 Plus also features a halogen clearing system, which improves productivity and allows you to pre-set the desired filters, reducing approval times and simplifying the image analysis process.
