KOWOLUX LX series NDT film viewers with PowerLED. KOWOLUX LX viewers are designed for evaluation of high-level NDT radiographic films. The economically designed stainless steel housing contains an array of state-of-the-art PowerLEDs that provide magnificent white light across the entire control range. A speed-controlled cooling fan reduces noise.

Versatile viewer for large formats

The Kowolux LX series is a range of high quality x-ray film viewers, designed for the analysis of large format x-ray films with low density. Four models are available: the LX14x17 with a 14"x17" screen, the LX40 with a 15.9"x17" screen, the LX60 with a 15.9"x23" screen and the LX90 with a 15.9"x35" screen. Each model is equipped with integrated shutters and offers a variable luminance between 80,000 and 320,000 Cd/m².

Latest generation LEDs

Thanks to powerful LEDs and a wide range of accessories, this viewer, produced in Germany with robust and resistant materials, guarantees simple and effective use for different types of films.

Main Features

The LX14x17 model features a dedicated area in the upper left corner for viewing high-density films and an applicable mask system. The LX40, LX60 and LX90 models, however, have integrated horizontal and vertical shutters, making them particularly suitable for the analysis of large format and low density films.
