X-ray Film Processing Unit
These units are designed for manual processing of X-ray films easily and efficiently. The entire structure is made of resistant gray PVC, ensuring solidity and durability over time. On the left side there are three tanks for developing, rinsing and fixing, immersed in a thermal bath that can be heated or cooled. The larger tank, located on the right, is intended for final washing of fixed films or cleaning of suspension frames. A microprocessor controls the heating and water level in the thermal bath, as well as functioning as a timer for the darkroom. To ensure a constant supply of fresh water, the rinse and final wash tanks are equipped with separate taps and overflows. A third tap allows you to cool the developer and fixer if necessary.
Characteristics
The structure is made of 7mm thick PVC, offering strength and stability. The unit is equipped with dedicated taps for rinsing, final washing and thermal bath. The integrated microprocessor manages the heating, water level and also acts as a darkroom timer. The system includes an 800W heating element for precise temperature control.
