R3EVO is a mains-voltage heat treatment equipment with ceramic resistance method. Very compact and small in size, it is assembled in a trolley-type protection box with dual effectiveness: it allows for easy handling, especially for those who carry out activities on construction sites and/or in ever-changing locations, and allows for use in working environments that require a high degree of protection (IP54).

Technical characteristics

The equipment is designed for heat treatment operations with a maximum current per output of 50A and three-phase power at 400V 50Hz. The power regulation is of the static type with controlled diodes, with a power for each single output equal to 20KVA. The temperature is continuously adjustable from 0 to 1000°C, with automatic control of the thermal cycle. It is possible to select manual or automatic operation and automatically adjust the voltage on each individual output, variable from 40 to 400V. The system is protected against overcurrents, overtemperatures and short circuits, thanks to the presence of three circuit breakers and three 300mA residual current circuit breakers for protection against earth leakage. The equipment is CE certified and has an IP54 protection rating.

7” touchscreen videographic programmer / recorder

The system is equipped with a 7" capacitive touch screen TFT graphic display with 800×480 pixel resolution and backlight. It operates in a temperature range between -20°C and +65°C and allows programming in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. It supports type K, N and J thermocouples, with an accuracy class of 0.3. It allows you to set set points, dwell times, heating and cooling gradients, absorbed current and alarms. The integrated memory allows you to save up to 9 preset thermal cycles and archive thousands of cycles performed thanks to a capacity of 8GB. The thermal cycles can be downloaded via USB Key. The system includes status alarms, a multilingual interface (Italian, English, French, Spanish and Russian) and an integrated instruction manual.

Power cables

The equipment is supplied with three bipolar cables for connection from the power unit to the resistance cables. Each cable has a length of 15 meters and a section of 2x16mm², with double PVC insulation. The two-pole connectors comply with MIL standards, ensuring a safe and reliable connection.

Resistor and thermocouple connection cables

Three two-way cables are included for connecting the power cables to the heating elements. Each cable has a length of 3 meters, a section of 10mm² and a silicone coating with high thermal resistance. It features one MIL connector and two 60A quick-connect connectors with high-temperature insulation. Furthermore, three "KX" type thermocouple extension cables are supplied, with a length of 15 meters and PVC+PVC 105°C insulation, equipped with "K" type polarized connectors.
