Technical characteristics
The R6 EVO equipment is designed for heat treatment operations with a maximum output current of 50A and three-phase 400V 50/60Hz power supply. The power regulation is of the static type with controlled diodes, with a power for each single output equal to 20KVA. The temperature is continuously adjustable from 0 to 1000°C, with automatic control of the thermal cycle. It is possible to select manual or automatic operation and automatically adjust the voltage on each individual output, variable from 45 to 400V.
What it includes
Includes a temperature regulation board to control six outputs, with PID regulation, selection between manual and automatic operation, adjustable band alarm, thermocouple linearization, thermocouple galvanic isolation, and automatic ambient temperature compensation. The system also allows the reading and control of the current to the resistors and the automatic adjustment of the output voltage based on the size of the resistors.
7” touchscreen videographic programmer / recorder
The system is equipped with a 7" capacitive touch screen TFT graphic display with 800×480 pixel resolution and backlight. It operates in a temperature range between -20°C and +65°C and allows programming in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. It supports type K, N and J thermocouples, with an accuracy class of 0.3.
Auxiliary paper recorder (optional on request)
Available on request, the microprocessor-based recorder supports a 0-1000°C range and Chromel/Alumel K-type thermocouples. It features a chart paper advance of 20 mm/h, with six channels and a scale width of 100 mm.
Connection cables
The equipment is supplied with six bipolar cables for connection from the power unit to the resistance cables. Each cable has a length of 15 meters and a section of 2x16mm², with double PVC insulation. The two-pole connectors comply with MIL standards. Six two-way cables are included for connecting the power cables to the heating elements. Each cable has a length of 3 meters, a section of 10mm² and a silicone coating with high thermal resistance. It features one MIL connector and two 60A quick-connect connectors with high-temperature insulation.
