SENTINEL™ SENTRY Series Co-60

SENTINEL™ SENTRY Series Co-60

The SENTINEL™ 1075 SCARPro makes it possible to reduce exclusion zones by up to 98 percent compared to conventional radiography techniques. With this advanced technology, radiographic inspections can be performed in close proximity to other operational activities, nucleonic control equipment, and critical safety systems, such as visual flame detectors. This allows minimizing the impact on maintenance schedules and ongoing operations.

Why choose SENTINEL™ 1075 SCARPro?

01

Maximum compliance with international standards

The system is designed, tested and manufactured in accordance with the highest safety and quality standards, including ANSI N432-1980, ISO 3999:2004(E), IAEA TS-R-1 (2009), IAEA SSR-6 (2012), USNRC 10CFR34 and 10CFR71, as well as USDOT 49CFR173.

02

Exclusion zones reduced to a minimum

Thanks to the use of FlexShield bismuth shielding blankets, shielded guides and radiation protection devices, the SENTINEL 1075 SCARPro allows you to perform radiographic inspections with exclusion zones as small as 1-2 meters for complex applications or 3-5 meters for standard applications. This allows you to operate in environments with reduced spatial constraints without compromising safety.

03

Optimization of maintenance activities and scheduled stops

During scheduled shutdowns and maintenance activities, traditional gamma radiography is limited to narrow time windows, often just 1-2 hours per 12-hour shift, or requires the suspension of other workers, such as welders and electricians. With the SENTINEL 1075 SCARPro, these limitations are eliminated, enabling continuous gamma radiographic inspections, operational 24/7, with a significant increase in productivity and reduction of downtime.
